python-cpl software package provides Control pipeline recipes from the European Southern Observatory, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-cpl
python-cpl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-cpl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-cpl *
You will get with python-cpl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
